Overview
The Accurl SMART Cube X 1501.30 is the largest of the compact X-Series lasers and the only one of the three whose table takes the common large sheet: its work area is listed at 1,530 mm (60.2 in) by 3,050 mm (120.1 in). The shuttle table is rated for 750 kg (1,653 lb).
For many buyers this is the model that makes the SMART Cube X a production machine instead of a prototype cell. A full sheet can be loaded without shearing, the second pallet is prepared while the first is cut, and the load rating is more than double the 350 kg (772 lb) of the SMART Cube X 1001.20.
The SmartLINE X 3001.15 covers almost the same sheet, so the two deserve a direct comparison. The SmartLINE X 3001.15 has an ultra-light cast aluminium gantry, traverse speed up to 140,000 mm/min and ± 0.02 mm repeatability, and its table is rated per area at 300 kg/m². The SMART Cube X 1501.30 has a structural steel gantry, up to 120,000 mm/min and ± 0.05 mm repeatability. Positioning accuracy is ± 0.03 mm on both. Source power is the other divider: 2 to 12 kW for the SMART Cube X.
