How much does the Yasda YMC 650 +RT20 cost?
Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Yasda YMC 650 +RT20 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
Mount a Yasda-made rotary table on the YMC 650 and the result is the YMC 650 +RT20, which Yasda positions for 5-axis machining of large workpieces with high precision and high surface quality. "Large" is relative to a micro center. The travels listed for this version are 630 mm (24.8 in) in X, 490 mm (19.3 in) in Y and 280 mm (11.0 in) in Z.
Two spindles are offered. The base unit runs 200-40,000 min-1 with HSK-E32. The optional one runs 200-35,000 min-1 with HSK-E40 and takes larger tools, which is the sensible choice when the parts are bigger mould inserts and the cutters are no longer micro tools. The spindle also fixes the magazine: 32 tools as standard, 90 tools as an option with HSK-E32, or 24 tools or 102 tools with the HSK-E40 spindle.
Z travel of 280 mm is short for a machine with a rotary table on it, since the table and the fixture both use part of that stroke. Yasda does not publish the table diameter, load or axis ranges on the product page, so the usable part height has to come from the maker. A robot interface for EROWA/System 3R is optional, the control is a FANUC 31i-B5 Plus, and machine height is 2,880 mm (113.4 in).
