How much does the Yasda YMC 430 +RT10 cost?
Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Yasda YMC 430 +RT10 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Yasda YMC 430 +RT10 is the YMC 430 micro center with a rotary table made by Yasda mounted on it, for 5-axis machining of micro workpieces. The linear travels are those of the base machine: 420 mm (16.5 in) in X, 300 mm (11.8 in) in Y and 250 mm (9.8 in) in Z.
The spindle is unchanged as well, at 200-40,000 min-1 with an HSK-E32 taper. That is a spindle for very small tools, and with the rotary table the machine can bring such a tool to a part from many directions in one clamping: small electrodes and micro-moulds, for example. The faster spindle listed as an option on the YMC 430 does not appear on the option list of this version.
Yasda gives no table diameter, load or axis ranges for the rotary table on the product page, and the travel left over once the table is mounted is not stated either. Those figures decide the usable part size. The magazine holds 32 tools, or 90 tools as an option, and an EROWA/System 3R robot interface is available. The control is a FANUC 31i-B5 Plus. Height is 2,840 mm (111.8 in), against 2,670 mm for the YMC 430.
