Vision Wide SF-3133 — price

Price estimate: uncertain

We have no price for the Vision Wide SF-3133 that we can cite and no estimate we can stand behind, so this page shows no number rather than a guess. A quote from Vision Wide or an authorised dealer is the reliable figure.

What moves the final price

  • Spindle, control and probing options
  • Tool changer capacity and tooling package
  • Automation — pallet changers, bar feeders, robot cells
  • Freight, rigging, installation and training
  • Region, dealer and time of year

Overview

The Vision Wide SF-3133 lists 3,100 mm (122.0 in) of X travel and 2,600 mm (102.4 in) of Y over a 3,300×2,100 mm (129.9×82.7 in) table, with floor-standing tool changers. It is the shortest of the three widest SF machines of that kind.

Its closest relative is the SF-3126. The two tables agree on travels, table size, the 14,000 kg (30,864 lb) load, spindle and rapids. They part on the tool changer: a vertical type tool change on the SF-3126, floor-standing types here. As with the other models numbered this way, the printed Y travel is lower than the model number suggests, and the maker should confirm it.

For five-sided work this is the most complete build in the 3 m length. The Y stroke is longer than the table is wide. The Z axis can be ordered with 1,020 mm of travel for an AC head attachment. And the optional vertical-horizontal changer, with 32, 40 or 60 pcs, is the listed way to change tools in both spindle orientations.

The spindle motor is 18.5/22 kW (24.8/29.5 hp). A 6,000 rpm 2-step gear spindle is standard, and the linear way head with 10,000 rpm or 12,000 rpm spindles remains available as an option.

Frequently Asked Questions

01 How is the Vision Wide SF-3133 different from the SF-3126?

The SF-3126 has a vertical type tool change with 32/40 pcs(Opt.). The SF-3133 has a floor-standing type vertical tool change and an optional vertical-horizontal type. Travels, table and the 14,000 kg (30,864 lb) load match in the tables.

02 What are the SF-3133 axis travels?

X is 3,100 mm (122.0 in) and Y is printed as 2,600 mm (102.4 in). Z is 800 mm as standard, with 1,020 mm on the box way head and 1,000 mm on the linear way head as options.

03 Is the SF-3133 a 5-axis machine?

No. Vision Wide describes the SF series as a 3-axis linear way design. The option list refers to an AC head attachment, and the page gives no detail on how such a head is controlled.

04 What rapid traverse and feed does the SF-3133 have?

Rapid traverse is 20 m/min in X and Y and 15 m/min in Z. The cutting feed range is 1-10,000 mm/min, as on the other heavy-frame SF models.
