Overview
The largest SE is the Vision Wide SE-3118: 3,100 mm (122.0 in) of X travel, 1,800 mm (70.9 in) of Y, and a 3,300x1,600 mm (129.9x63.0 in) table rated for 14,000 kg (30,864 lb). It is the only model in the series with this X travel.
No second width is offered at this length. The series has two cross travels, 1,200 mm and 1,800 mm, up to the 2,600 mm length, as on the SE-2612 and SE-2618, and then a single 1,800 mm machine above them. A part that needs more Y than that is outside the SE range.
Z is the tightest axis. Standard travel is 800 mm, the option is 1,000 mm, and deep molds with long tools use that up quickly. Check the tallest part plus the longest tool against it.
Everything else is the SE formula: 15,000 rpm, 15/ 18.5 kW (20.1/ 24.8 hp), cutting feed to 24,000 mm/min, 24 m/min rapids with 30 m/min optional, and a Fanuc 0iMF PLUS controller. Chips leave by a caterpillar type chip conveyor with water tank, which is standard, and oil mist cooling is an option for dry or near-dry cutting.
