Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Vision Wide MN-3032 / MN-3039 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The bridge of the Vision Wide MN-3032 / MN-3039 is longer than its bed. X travel is 3,100 mm (122.0 in). Y travel is 3,200 mm (126.0 in) on the MN-3032 and 3,900 mm (153.5 in) on the MN-3039.
In both cases the Y axis is over three metres, which puts it under the maker's rule for a ballscrew support device: standard where the X axis is 4 m or more or the Y axis 3 m or more. Here it is the cross axis, not the table axis, that needs its screw held up.
The long beam is also where the MN's construction is meant to tell. Vision Wide describes a solid beam with a big cross-section and roller ways to stiffen the Y-travel. With the head as far as 3,900 mm along it, and possibly carrying an angle attachment, the beam's resistance to bending and twist is what the surface finish depends on.
The table is 3,000×2,450 mm (118.1×96.5 in), so most of the extra Y travel lies beyond the table edges, where it serves multi-angle cutting on the sides of a part. Table load is 13,000 kg (28,660 lb). X/Y rapid is 24 m/min. The spindle is a box way 4,000rpm 2-step gear type on 18.5/22 kW (24.8/29.5 hp).

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- Y travel of 3,200 mm (126.0 in) or 3,900 mm (153.5 in) on a short bed
- Y-axis ballscrew support device applies to both models
- Solid beam with big cross-section and roller ways
- X/Y rapid of 24 m/min on roller ways
Limitations
- Table is no larger than on the MN-3026: 3,000×2,450 mm (118.1×96.5 in)
- 13,000 kg (28,660 lb) table load
- X travel of 3,100 mm (122.0 in) is the shortest in the series

Frequently Asked Questions
01
3,200 mm (126.0 in) on the MN-3032 and 3,900 mm (153.5 in) on the MN-3039, printed as 3,200/ 3,900 mm (126.0/ 153.5 in). X travel is 3,100 mm (122.0 in) for both.
02
Yes. The standard X, Y-axis ballscrew support device applies where the Y axis is 3 m or more, and both models of this pair exceed that.
03
3,000×2,450 mm (118.1×96.5 in), rated for 13,000 kg (28,660 lb). The Y travel is longer than the table is wide on both models.
04
Same table and load. The MN-3026 has 2,600 mm (102.4 in) of Y travel; the MN-3032 has 3,200 mm (126.0 in). X travel, spindle and rapids are the same.
