How much does the Penta Laser BOLT CUBE 4525 cost?
Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Penta Laser BOLT CUBE 4525 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
With 4,500 mm (177.2 in) of X travel and 2,500 mm (98.4 in) of Y travel, the Penta Laser BOLT CUBE 4525 is the largest machine in the BOLT CUBE series of 3D 5-axis fiber laser cutters. The series exists for automotive hot-formed components, and this size is the one to look at when the pressing, or the fixture that carries it, will not fit the smaller tables.
Size is the whole difference. The BOLT CUBE 4020 stops at 4,000 mm (157.5 in) by 2,000 mm (78.7 in), and the BOLT CUBE 3015 at 3,000 mm (118.1 in) by 1,500 mm (59.1 in). All three share a Z travel of 680 mm (26.8 in), so a bigger model does not mean a taller part.
A larger gantry usually costs speed. Here the table shows no penalty: 173 m/min on X, Y and Z and 1.2 G of acceleration, the same as the small machine. Rotary motion is unchanged too, with B at ±135°, C at n × 360°, and 720°/s on both.
Buyers comparing 3D lasers inside Penta Laser's own range should also read the GAN 4525 page. The GAN 4525 has the same X, Y and Z travels but a C axis limited to ±220° and 1 G of linear acceleration, and its maker pitches it at mixed 3D and flat work. The BOLT CUBE is the narrower tool, aimed at hot-formed trim lines with 3–4 kW fiber lasers.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- Largest envelope in the series: 4,500 mm (177.2 in) in X and 2,500 mm (98.4 in) in Y
- Holds 173 m/min and 1.2 G on the linear axes despite the longer travels
- C axis of n × 360°, where the GAN 4525 of the same travel is limited to ±220°
- B and C axis speed of 720°/s with 5,400°/s² acceleration
- Smart Manager CNC with RTCP, focus control and uncut hole detection
Limitations
- Z travel of 680 mm (26.8 in) is no greater than on the BOLT CUBE 3015
- Listed with 3–4 kW fiber lasers, a range suited to thin hot-formed sheet and not to thick plate
- CE compliance is an optional configuration and must be ordered
- The table gives no machine weight or floor dimensions, so layout planning needs figures from Penta Laser

Frequently Asked Questions
01
The head travels 4,500 mm (177.2 in) in X, 2,500 mm (98.4 in) in Y and 680 mm (26.8 in) in Z. The part and its fixture have to fit inside that reach, with allowance for the head tilting to ±135° on the B axis.
02
Both list 4,500 × 2,500 × 680 mm travels and a B axis of ±135°. The BOLT CUBE 4525 has a C axis of n × 360° and 1.2 G of linear acceleration. The GAN 4525 lists a C axis of ±220° and 1 G, and Penta Laser describes it for both complex 3D geometries and flat sheet.
03
No. The maximum axis positioning speed is 173 m/min and the maximum acceleration is 1.2 G on X, Y and Z, the same figures printed for the BOLT CUBE 3015 and the BOLT CUBE 4020.
04
Penta Laser's Smart Manager CNC. The feature list names auto nozzle cleaning, RTCP, focus control and uncut hole detection, together with dual NC files, data display and online editing. A double monitor and the Penta 3D Editor on board are optional.
