Overview
The Onsrud 145T is the single table size of the T-Series, a 3-axis moving-gantry router that Onsrud builds for panel processing with automation around it. The table is 145 in (3,683 mm) by 61 in (1,550 mm), the standard spindle is 12 hp (8.9 kW) at 24,000 rpm, and the Z-stroke is 11 in (279 mm).
On paper it resembles the 145M: same table, same standard spindle, same 3 vacuum zones. The difference is the gantry. Onsrud describes a deep bridge that handles heavy loads and can support the weight of large drill blocks, and the frame is correspondingly bigger at 247 in (6,274 mm) long, 152 in (3,861 mm) wide and 99 in (2,515 mm) high.
That bridge is why the T-Series lists an 18 hp (13.4 kW) spindle upgrade, a second spindle and a second tool changer. Cabinet and casework lines that drill rows of shelf-pin holes and then rout the profile are the obvious fit: the drill block does the boring in one plunge while the 12-tool changer serves the router spindle.
The standard control is FANUC, with Onsrud's touchscreen interface as the alternative. Infeed and outfeed systems are sold as additions, so the base machine can start as a hand-loaded router.
