Overview
The Litz MH-800A belongs to the MH series, which Litz calls its upsized model. It mounts 800 x 800 mm (31.5 x 31.5 in) pallets on a machine with travels of 1,000 mm (39.4 in), 850 mm (33.5 in) and 950 mm (37.4 in) in X, Y and Z, and a No.40 taper spindle at 10,000 rpm.
Upsized describes the pallet. The travels, the 1,000 kg (2,205 lb) pallet load and the 1,000 mm (39.4 in) maximum workpiece diameter equal those of the LH-630A, which has 630 mm pallets. What the MH-800A adds is a bigger mounting face, so larger fixture plates and wider tombstones can be bolted down without overhanging the pallet edge.
