Overview
The Litz LT-350 is a compact two-axis CNC turning lathe with an A2-5 spindle nose, 45 mm (1.8 in) bar capacity and a maximum turning diameter of 240 mm (9.4 in). Maximum turning length is 350 mm (13.8 in), and the spindle runs from 40-6,000 rpm.
It is sized for small chucking and bar work. The standard turning diameter is 174 mm (6.9 in), so most jobs will be discs, bushings, flanges and short shafts well under that figure. The 56 mm (2.2 in) spindle bore passes the 45 mm bar with room for a liner, and a bar feeder interface and parts catcher are on the option list for unattended running.
A servo-driven 12-station turret carries 20 mm (0.8 in) OD tools and ID tools up to 32 mm (1.3 in).
