Overview
The Jingdiao JDHGT800T(H) is the square-table member of the JDHGT 3-axis high-speed line: 800 mm (31.5 in) of travel in both X and Y over an 850 × 850 mm (33.5 × 33.5 in) table that carries 1,000 kg (2,205 lb). Z travel is 350 mm (13.8 in) on the JDHGT800T and 450 mm (17.7 in) on the JDHGT800TH. The maker positions it for precision milling of mold parts, micro hole drilling and precision hole grinding, at 5-20μm machining accuracy.
An equal X and Y is unusual in this size and it suits mold bases and plates that are close to square: the part can be turned a quarter turn on the table without running out of travel. Jingdiao gives the largest machinable part as 800×800×400mm. Loading is from the front, where the door opening is wide enough for a hoist, and screw chip conveyors run along the left, right and front of the work area.
