The Jingdiao JDCT800T(H)_A15SH is the large-table machine of the JDCT line: 800 mm (31.5 in) of travel in both X and Y, an 850 × 850 mm (33.5 × 33.5 in) table and a 1,000 kg (2,205 lb) load. Jingdiao describes it as 3-axis machining for hard metal above HRC 50, stainless steel and difficult-to-machine materials. Z is 350 mm (13.8 in) on the JDCT800T_A15SH and 450 mm (17.7 in) on the JDCT800TH_A15SH.
Here the two heights differ in their tool magazines as well. The lower machine is listed with an umbrella magazine of 18 tools, the taller one with a chain magazine of 37 tools. For a mold shop that distinction can matter more than the extra height, because a hardened cavity is usually finished with a long sequence of progressively smaller cutters. Both versions use the same spindle, 20,000 rpm on HSK-A50, with a coolant through spindle as the option.
