Haas no longer lists the DC-4-40 Drill Center. It was the longest of the DC drill centers, with 98.4 in (2,500 mm) of X travel over a 102.4 × 19.7 in (2,600 × 500 mm) table, and the figures here were read from Haas's product page before it was removed. For a buyer weighing up a used machine they are the listed figures for the model.

Its proportions are extreme. X travel is about five times the 19.7 in (500 mm) of Y, and Z is only 11.8 in (300 mm).
