How much does the Jainnher JHV-1006CNC cost?
Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Jainnher JHV-1006CNC that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Jainnher JHV-1006CNC is a CNC vertical grinding machine for rings, sleeves and discs up to 1,000 mm (39.4 in) in outside diameter, with bores from 50 to 800 mm (2.0 to 31.5 in) ground in the same clamping. It is the shorter of the two JHV machines. O.D. grinding height is 600 mm (23.6 in) here, against 800 mm (31.5 in) on the JHV-1008CNC, and the vertical Z axis travels 1,200 mm (47.2 in).
The workpiece lies flat on a 1,000 mm (39.4 in) table rated for 1,600 kg (3,527 lb) and turning at 10 to 240 rpm. Jainnher lists a hydrostatic rotary table, made in Germany, as standard equipment. That layout is the point of a vertical grinder: a heavy ring rests on its own face, so the clamping only has to hold it concentric.
The wheel spindle has an HSK100A taper, runs from 1,500 to 12,000 rpm on a 15 kW (20.1 hp) motor and takes wheels from 45 to 305 mm (1.8 to 12.0 in) in diameter. An umbrella-type magazine holds 6 wheel quills, exchanged by X/Z servo movement, so an O.D. wheel, an I.D. wheel and a face wheel can share one cycle. Small bores are the limit to watch. From Ø 50 to Ø 250 the grinding height is 325 mm (12.8 in), not the full 600 mm (23.6 in). The wheel head swivels ±30° for tapers, by hand as standard and automatically as an option.
X travel is 1,500 mm (59.1 in) on a slant guideway, with rapids of 10 m/min (394 ipm) on X and 6 m/min (236 ipm) on Z and a minimum setting unit of 0.0001 mm. Control is Fanuc, and a linear scale is on the standard list. Plan the installation early: the machine measures 5,450 x 3,100 x 5,000 mm (214.6 x 122.0 x 196.9 in) and weighs 24,300 kg (53,571 lb).

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- Grinds O.D. up to 1,000 mm (39.4 in) and I.D. from 50 to 800 mm (2.0 to 31.5 in) on one table
- Hydrostatic rotary table, 1,000 mm (39.4 in) across and rated for 1,600 kg (3,527 lb), is standard
- HSK100A wheel spindle with a 1,500 to 12,000 rpm range and a 15 kW (20.1 hp) motor
- Umbrella-type magazine with 6 positions lets O.D., I.D. and face wheels run in one cycle
- 0.0001 mm minimum setting unit on X and Z, with a linear scale listed as standard
Limitations
- Bores from Ø 50 to Ø 250 can only be ground to a height of 325 mm (12.8 in)
- O.D. grinding height stops at 600 mm (23.6 in); the JHV-1008CNC reaches 800 mm (31.5 in)
- Automatic swivel of the wheel head is an option; the standard ±30° adjustment is manual
- At 24,300 kg (53,571 lb) and 5,000 mm (196.9 in) tall it needs a heavy foundation and high headroom
- The tool magazine is supplied without wheels and quills
