Overview
The Jainnher JHI-3006NC/CNC is the mid-size internal grinder in Jainnher's range, for bores from 20 to 300 mm (0.8 to 11.8 in) ground up to 300 mm (11.8 in) deep in parts up to 600 mm (23.6 in) long. The double suffix is deliberate. Jainnher sells one machine with two controls and prints a single specification column for both.
The drive rows show the split. As an NC machine it has a 3.5 kW work head servo, a 1 kW X servo and a 2 kW Z servo, run from Jainnher's own conversational interface, which the maker describes as easy to learn and which offers coarse grinding, fine grinding, spark-out and dressing with compensation. As a CNC machine the motors are Fanuc: 3.5 kW on the work head, 1.2 kW on X and 1.8 kW on Z. The page names a FANUC (Oi-Mate TC) control with an 8.4 in screen for the CNC version.
