Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Anderson Selexx 510 TC+D that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Anderson Selexx 510 TC+D is the middle size of the Selexx Plus routers and the one matched to 5 x 10 sheet. The table is 3100 mm (122”) by 1550 mm (61”) and is split into 3 vacuum zones. X stroke is 3180 mm (125”), Y stroke 1835 mm (72”) and Z stroke 250 mm (9.84”).
Moving up from the Selexx 48 adds more than table area. Weight goes from the 3,200 Kg (7,055 lbs.) of the Selexx 48 to 4,600 Kg (10,132 lbs.), and a third vacuum zone appears. Three zones matter on a 5 x 10 bed because shops that buy this size often still run 4 x 8 material on it. Anderson says the standard multizone table activates the correct zones for the sheet or part size automatically, so an operator does not have to valve off the unused strip by hand.
The cutting end is common to the whole Selexx range. Spindle power is 12 HP / 18 HP, top speed 22,000 rpm, tooling HSK-63. A ride-along tool changer with 8 / 10 tools sits on the gantry and the boring block is 5+5 or 10+7. Rapids are 80 m/min in X and 60 m/min in Y, 100 m/min at most with both axes moving. Control is FANUC 0i.
Nothing about loading or unloading is included. Automatic loading, the offload pusher/sweeper, CNC label placement and the bar-code reader are all options, as is a C-axis. Anderson does state that the machine arrives pre-wired and pre-machined for a pusher sweeper or an integrated material conveyor, which keeps a later retrofit simple. Vacuum pump size is a separate decision: 10, 25 or 40 HP.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 3100 mm (122”) by 1550 mm (61”) table for 5 x 10 sheet
- 3 vacuum zones that switch automatically for different sheet or part sizes
- X rapid of 80 m/min with a 100 m/min maximum rapid traverse
- Choice of 8 automatic pop-up pins or steel pop-up rails for sheet location
- Same 12 HP / 18 HP, 22,000 rpm HSK-63 spindle as the larger Selexx 512
Limitations
- At 4,600 Kg (10,132 lbs.) it is well above the 3,200 Kg (7,055 lbs.) of the Selexx 48, which affects rigging and floor loading
- Ride-along tool changer is limited to 8 / 10 tools
- Loading, offloading and label placement are extra-cost options
- Y rapid is 60 m/min, below the 80 m/min of X

Frequently Asked Questions
01
The table measures 3100 mm (122”) in X by 1550 mm (61”) in Y. The axes travel further than the table: 3180 mm (125”) in X and 1835 mm (72”) in Y. Z stroke is 250 mm (9.84”), which Anderson describes as a standard 10 inches of Z for tall parts, pod work and fixtures.
02
Length, zones and weight. The Selexx 512 has a 3750 mm (147”) table with 4 vacuum zones and weighs 5,000 Kg (11,000 lbs.). The Selexx 510 has a 3100 mm (122”) table with 3 zones at 4,600 Kg (10,132 lbs.). Table width, Y stroke, spindle, tool changer and rapids are the same in both columns.
03
Anderson offers a choice of 8 automatic pop-up pins or steel pop-up rails, and says both are square and referenceable for parts or sheets. Hold-down is by the 3 zone vacuum table, with a pump of 10, 25 or 40 HP chosen at order. Reverse air flow is optional.
04
Yes, through options. Automatic loading, an offload pusher/sweeper, CNC label placement and a bar-code reader are each listed as optional. Anderson states the machine is pre-wired and pre-machined so a pusher sweeper device or an integrated material conveyor can be added or retrofitted in the field.
