Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Han's Laser HBS0620 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Han's Laser HBS0620 bends up to 2,050 mm (80.7 in) with 600 kN of press force. It is the middle of three 600 kN machines in the HBS electro-hydraulic servo series, and the one sized for the two-metre sheet width that many cabinet and enclosure makers work from.
Spreading 600 kN over a longer bed lowers the force available per metre, so this is a brake for thin material bent along its full length, or thicker material in shorter pieces. Door panels, cabinet sides and long trims are typical. The uprights stand 1,700 mm (66.9 in) apart with 350 mm (13.8 in) of throat depth.
Approach is a little quicker than on the shorter HBS0615: 180 mm/s fast down, against 160 mm/s. Working speed is 20 mm/s and return speed 200 mm/s. Motor and tank are unchanged at 8.5 kW (11.4 hp) and 80 L, and closed height is 485 mm (19.1 in).
Han's Laser gives the frame a finite element check and stress relief by normalizing and vibration, and fits mechanical compensation that adjusts in both directions to keep a long bend straight. On a two-metre part that crowning matters more than on a short one. The machine measures 2,748 × 1,400 × 2,481 mm (108.2 × 55.1 × 97.7 in), the same depth as the smallest model and slightly lower. Programming is on the IFT CNC system by touch screen.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 2,050 mm (80.7 in) bending width from a machine only 1,400 mm deep
- Fast down speed of 180 mm/s with a 200 mm/s return
- Bidirectionally adjustable mechanical compensation for full-length straightness
- Runs from an 8.5 kW (11.4 hp) motor and an 80 L tank
Limitations
- 600 kN across 2,050 mm (80.7 in) restricts full-length bends to thin material
- Closed height of 485 mm (19.1 in) is lower than the 525 mm (20.7 in) of the HBS0625
- Machine weight is not published

Frequently Asked Questions
01
Parts up to 2,050 mm (80.7 in) long with 600 kN of press force. The thickness that can be bent at full length depends on the material and the die opening, which the table does not cover, so check a tonnage chart for your work.
02
It is longer: the HBS0615 bends 1,500 mm (59.1 in) against 2,050 mm (80.7 in) here. The HBS0615 has 1,200 mm (47.2 in) between uprights where this model has 1,700 mm (66.9 in), and the HBS0615 approaches at 160 mm/s against 180 mm/s. Force, motor, tank and throat depth are the same.
03
2,748 × 1,400 × 2,481 mm (108.2 × 55.1 × 97.7 in) as length, width and height. The table gives no weight, so ask for it before planning the floor and the lift.
04
An integrated hydraulic system and a split stainless steel oil tank, which the maker says resists the hydraulic oil, cuts oil consumption and reduces the chance of valves jamming. The tank on this model holds 80 L.
