The DN Solutions DCM 3250 U steps up to the wider DCM 32xx series, offering 5,100 x 2,700 x 1,000 mm of X/Y/Z travel with 1,100 mm of W-axis crossrail movement. The wider Y-axis (2,700 mm vs 3,200 mm column spacing, resulting in a 2,700 mm table width) accommodates broader workpieces than the DCM 27xx series. The table supports 33,000 kg (72,753 lb).

The 500 mm increase in table width compared to the DCM 27xx family changes which parts fit on the machine. Wide automotive underbody dies, large injection mold halves, and broad aerospace panels that crowded the 2,200 mm table of the 27xx series now clamp comfortably with margin to spare.
