Overview
Between the compact and the long tables of Dener's fiber laser range sits the Dener Pro DC 4020. It is a flatbed fiber laser cutting machine on the 4020 table size, with two exchange pallets and a choice of resonators from 3 kW to 20 kW.
A larger table is chosen for bigger blanks and for nesting efficiency: more parts per sheet, fewer remnants. The cost shows in one row of the table. Pallet change time is 22 s here.
Motion figures do not change with the table. The gantry reaches an X-Y speed of 120 m/min at 1.5 G, and Dener describes the frame as a one-piece welded structure resistant to high acceleration. The Z axis has 350 mm (13.8 in) of travel and 1 G of acceleration.
Component choices are listed openly, which helps when judging long-term parts supply: Yaskawa motor and drive, THK guide rail, Framo Morat rack, pinion and gearbox, Hoerbiger gas regulator, SMC pneumatics. Dener names Max and Raycus as resonator alternatives.
The cutting head changes with power. A Blt 421S serves 3-8 kW, a Blt 643H serves 12-15 kW and a Blt 662H serves 20 kW. According to Dener, the lens is replaced in 2 minutes using ready-to-use optical cartridges.
