Overview
The Dener FTL 6025 is a three-chuck tube fiber laser with a 250 mm (9.8 in) chuck and a 6,200 mm cutting length. In Dener's FTL table it sits between the FTL 6018 and the FTL 6035 on the same 16,100 mm frame.
Shared frame, different chuck: the outside dimensions of 16,100 × 2,800 × 3,000 mm are the same for all three six-metre FTL models. Inside, X travel is 850 mm, Y travel 7,200 mm and Z travel 300 mm. Tube feeding speed is 92 m/min and the chucks rotate at 85 r/min.
As on every FTL, the minimum tail length is ≥0 mm and the unloading length is 6 m. For a shop cutting tube of this size, zero tail adds up quickly: a remnant saved on every bar of large section is real material.
The weight limit is 300 kg (661 lb). That is low for a 250 mm chuck and is the main restriction on this model. Heavy-wall bars at full length belong on the FTL 9025, which lists 1,200 kg.
Power options run from 3 to 20 kW with a Maxphotonics resonator. The acceleration figure printed for this size on Dener's page is not legible as a value and is omitted.
