Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Dener FTL 6018 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Dener FTL 6018 opens Dener's three-chuck tube fiber laser series. It holds tube in a 180 mm (7.1 in) chuck, cuts lengths up to 6,200 mm and is offered with laser power from 3 to 20 kW.
Three moving chucks are the point of the FTL design. The tube is passed from one chuck to the next as cutting progresses, so the last part can be cut right to the end of the bar: minimum tail length is listed as ≥0 mm. The same arrangement supports long finished parts, and the unloading length is 6 m, equal to the loading length.
The machine is longer and heavier in its motion than a two-chuck design. It measures 16,100 × 2,800 × 3,000 mm and accelerates at 0.6 G. Tube feeding speed is 104 m/min and chuck rotation 180 r/min, the quickest figures in the FTL table.
Control moves up to FSCUT5000A, with TubesT Professional for nesting. Dener describes bevel cutting as an option, and the 20 kW configuration uses a BOCI BLT560H head.
Maximum cutting weight is 300 kg (661 lb). Axis travels are 900 mm in X, 7,000 mm in Y and 250 mm in Z.

Frequently Asked Questions
01
With 3 moving chucks the tube can be handed over during cutting, which lets the machine list a minimum tail length of ≥0 mm and an unloading length of 6 m.
02
A 180 mm (7.1 in) chuck, a maximum cutting length of 6,200 mm and a maximum cutting weight of 300 kg (661 lb). Laser power is listed as 3-20 kW.
03
Tube feeding speed is 104 m/min and chuck rotation speed 180 r/min, with 0.6 G of acceleration. X/Y positioning accuracy is ±0.05 mm.
04
Machine dimensions are 16,100 × 2,800 × 3,000 mm. Loading and unloading length is listed as 6 + 6 m, which accounts for most of that length.
