Overview
The CHMER RV853L is the RV-series wire EDM for which CHMER publishes the fullest equipment list, and that list is the best reason to read this page. Travels are 800 x 500 mm (31.5 x 19.7 in) in X and Y and 300 mm (11.8 in) in Z, with a 3,000 kg (6,614 lb) workpiece rating on a fixed table.
Standard equipment includes the AWT system, a threading assistant device, X/Y axis linear motors with linear scales, an inverter chiller (20,000BTU), an auto sliding door, a touch screen panel with USB, network transmission and a DXF transferring function. On CHMER's servo-driven G and RX series, wire threading is an extra.
The option list is short and specific: a sink door with a transparent window, a jumbo wire feeder, a wire chopper, the I-Connected system, CE conformity, a 2 in 1 transformer and AVR, and a 6th axis rotary table.
