The Amada HG-2204 ATC is the flagship of Amada’s press brake lineup — a 220-metric-ton, 4-meter hybrid servo press brake with Amada’s patented Automatic Tool Changer. The ATC stores up to 34.4 meters (112.8 ft) of punches and dies, loading complex layouts in under 4 minutes vs 30-40 minutes manually.
The base delivers 2,200 kN (247 US tons) across 4,300 mm with 3,760 mm between frames. Dual servo power cuts energy ~30%. Ram repeatability is ±0.001 mm. AMNC 3i with 19-inch LCD manages bending and ATC automatically.
Factory sheet followers standard for single-operator handling. 8-axis backgauge with L-shift. Real-time springback compensation.
