Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Accurl Smart ECO SE-21030 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Accurl Smart ECO SE-21030 is the longest standard laser in Accurl's published tables: 21,000 mm (826.8 in) of work area length by 3,000 mm (118.1 in) of width. According to the maker, Smart ECO beds can be extended in segments to a maximum of 26,000 mm, so this model already sits near the top of what the line allows.
A machine this long is a piece of plant layout as much as a machine tool. The bed defines a cutting aisle, the crane has to serve all of it, and fume extraction and scrap removal must work along the full length. None of that is covered by the specification table, and the overall dimensions Accurl prints for the line are shorter than this model's own work area, so they cannot be right. A site drawing from the maker is the first thing to request.
What the table does establish is the capacity. 750 kg/m² of workpiece weight. Sources of up to 60 kW for the series. In stainless steel and aluminium, 20 mm (0.79 in) at 6 kW, 30 mm (1.18 in) at 12 kW and 40 mm (1.57 in) at 30 kW; in mild steel, 50 mm (1.97 in) at 30 kW.
Motion is the same as on the shorter beds, with an X/Y maximum linkage speed of 80 m/min and 0.8g of acceleration. End to end, a move at that speed takes a noticeable part of a minute, so nests should be sequenced to work along the bed and not jump across it. Positioning accuracy is stated as ±0.05 mm/m.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 21,000 mm (826.8 in) by 3,000 mm (118.1 in), the longest standard work area in Accurl's tables
- 750 kg/m² maximum permissible workpiece weight
- Stainless and aluminium to 40 mm (1.57 in) at 30 kW
- Automatic shuttle table listed as standard
- Common control and drive concept with the shorter Smart ECO beds
Limitations
- Published overall dimensions are shorter than the work area and cannot be relied on
- Close to the 26,000 mm maximum, so little room to extend
- 80 m/min linkage speed makes end-to-end moves slow
- ±0.05 mm/m accuracy accumulates over a long bed

Frequently Asked Questions
01
Its work area is 21,000 mm (826.8 in) long and 3,000 mm (118.1 in) wide. Accurl states that standard models can be extended by 3,000 mm or 6,000 mm segments up to a maximum of 26,000 mm.
02
Accurl's page prints a length for this column that is shorter than the 21,000 mm (826.8 in) work area, which cannot be correct, so the figure is not shown here. Ask Accurl for a layout drawing with peripherals.
03
Sources of up to 60 kW are offered. The table covers 6 kW to 30 kW: mild steel from 25 mm (0.98 in) to 50 mm (1.97 in), stainless and aluminium from 20 mm (0.79 in) to 40 mm (1.57 in). Above 30 kW thickness is on request.
04
The X/Y maximum linkage speed is 80 m/min and the maximum linkage acceleration 0.8g. On a bed of this length it pays to sequence cutting along the bed so that long repositioning moves are kept to a minimum.
