Price estimate
We do not have a price for the You Ji MCR30 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
Between columns set 3,000 mm (118.1 in) apart, the You Ji MCR30 carries a table 2,500 mm (98.4 in) wide and 4,000 to 8,000 mm (157.5 to 315.0 in) long. It is the second size of You Ji's double column 5-face machining centers.
Stepping up from the MCR25 changes the proportions more than the length. Y-axis travel jumps to 3,860 mm (152.0 in), and the base W-axis travel on the W and A types becomes 1,170 mm (46.1 in), with 1,560 mm (61.4 in) and 1,950 mm (76.8 in) as the longer strokes. A cross rail that lifts that far lets tall box-shaped parts sit under the ram, such as gearbox housings or press crowns, and still lets the rail come down for stiff cutting on a flat plate.
The ram itself strokes 900 mm (35.4 in) in Z, or 1,200 mm (47.2 in). You Ji's notes for the series name a high rigidity spindle, a gear coupling and a 4 pull stud type holder system, which are the parts that clamp and drive an attachment head. Spindle speed is 3,000 rpm, or 2,500 rpm.
Load capacity is 16,000 to 24,000 kg (35,273 to 52,910 lb), and X-axis travel is 4,200 to 8,200 mm (165.4 to 322.8 in). The top load is the MCR25's top load. If a part is heavier than that, width alone will not solve it and the MCR35 or larger is needed.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 3,860 mm (152.0 in) Y-axis travel over a 2,500 mm (98.4 in) wide table
- W-axis travel from 1,170 mm (46.1 in) up to 1,950 mm (76.8 in) on W and A types
- X-axis travel from 4,200 to 8,200 mm (165.4 to 322.8 in)
- Automatic attachment changer for 5-face machining
- Servo-driven (W), hydraulic (A) or fixed (F) cross rail
Limitations
- Maximum load of 24,000 kg (52,910 lb) is no higher than on the MCR25
- Spindle speed of 3,000 rpm or 2,500 rpm
- Shortest table is 4,000 mm (157.5 in)
- No machine dimensions or weights are given for foundation design

X 4,200-8,200 mm (165.4-322.8 in), Y 3,860 mm (152.0 in), Z 900 mm (35.4 in) with 1,200 mm (47.2 in) in brackets. W-axis travel on the W and A types is 1,170 mm (46.1 in), with 1,560 mm (61.4 in) and 1,950 mm (76.8 in) in brackets.
02
Maximum loading weight is 16,000-24,000 kg (35,273-52,910 lb), depending on table length. The table is 4,000-8,000 x 2,500 mm (157.5-315.0 x 98.4 in).
03
On two of its three types. The W type moves the cross rail with a servo motor and the A type with a hydraulic motor. The F type has a fixed cross rail, and the W-axis row of the table does not apply to it.

Both span 3,000 mm (118.1 in) and travel 3,860 mm (152.0 in) in Y. The DCM30 is a bridge type machining center with a 6,000 rpm spindle and tables to 6,000 mm (236.2 in). The MCR30 is the 5-face machine, with tables to 8,000 mm (315.0 in), a slower spindle and the W-axis cross rail.
