Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Vision Wide XM-37 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
Headroom on the Vision Wide XM-37 is set by a choice of three Z strokes, and the specification table spells out what each gives. With the standard 1,000 mm, the distance from spindle nose to table runs 750~1,750 mm (29.5~68.9 in). With 1,200 mm it is 750~1,950 mm (29.5~76.8 in), and with 1,400 mm, 750~2,150 mm (29.5~84.6 in).
In all three the low point is the same, 750 mm above the table. That is a floor-type machine's trait: the ram does not come down to the table surface, so low parts are raised on blocks or fixtures to meet it, and tool length makes up the rest. The longer strokes add reach upward, for taller parts, not downward.
The ram is 470x460 mm (18.5x18.1 in), the smallest section in the XM family, which suits the modest Z travel.
Between the columns the XM-37 accepts a workpiece 3,200 mm (126.0 in) wide, with 3,700 mm (145.7 in) of Y travel. The table is listed as 3×(8~60) m at 5,000 kg/m2, and X travel is built to length within 8,200(+1m)~60,200 mm. Spindle power is 22/26 kW (29.5/34.9 hp). Rapids are 20/20/12 m/min.
