How much does the Vision Wide NF-6026 / NF-6033 cost?
Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Vision Wide NF-6026 / NF-6033 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
Six metres long and nearly two and a half wide, the table of the Vision Wide NF-6026 / NF-6033 measures 6,000×2,450 mm (236.2×96.5 in) and takes 22,000 kg (48,501 lb). X travel is 6,100 mm (240.2 in).
Vision Wide gives a design reason for the NF's cutting ability: a cross-section square beam that brings the centroid of the head close to the beam centre. On a bridge machine the head hangs off the front of the beam, and the further out it hangs the more the beam twists under a heavy cut. Keeping the head's mass near the beam centre reduces that twist. The benefit shows most on the wide models, where the beam is long. Here it spans 2,600 mm (102.4 in) of Y travel on the NF-6026 and 3,300 mm (129.9 in) on the NF-6033.
The Z axis is described as a box way design on the standard head, with linear guideways on the other axes. Z travel is 920 mm, optionally 1,020 mm.
Spindle speed is 4,000 rpm as standard and 6,000 rpm as an option, both through a 2-step gearbox. X/Y rapid traverse is 10 m/min; Z is 15 m/min on the standard head. Cutting feed is 1-10,000 mm/min.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 6,000×2,450 mm (236.2×96.5 in) table for 22,000 kg (48,501 lb)
- Square cross-section beam with the head centroid close to the beam centre, per the maker
- Linear guideways with a box way Z axis
- Y travel of 2,600 mm (102.4 in) or 3,300 mm (129.9 in)
Limitations
- X/Y rapid of 10 m/min makes positioning slow
- Z travel of 920 mm on the standard head
- Top speed of 6,000 rpm with the gear spindles

Frequently Asked Questions
01
The NF feature text says a cross-section square beam enabled the centroid of the head close to the beam center to ensure heavy cutting ability. It also describes a high rigidity box base under the table.
02
X is 6,100 mm (240.2 in). Y is 2,600/ 3,300 mm (102.4/ 129.9 in), for the NF-6026 and NF-6033 respectively. Z is 920 mm on the standard box way head, or 1,020 mm as an option.
03
22,000 kg (48,501 lb). The table is 6,000×2,450 mm (236.2×96.5 in). The five-metre NF-5026 carries 20,000 kg (44,092 lb).
04
4,000 rpm standard and 6,000 rpm optional with 2-step gear spindles. A direct-driven spindle at 10,000 rpm is optional and is listed under the linear way and enclosed box ram heads.
