Overview
The ShopSabre IS-A 510 is an automated nesting cell built around a 5x10 ball screw router: sheets are lifted and loaded at one end, aligned on pneumatic pins, cut, and pushed off onto a motorized unload table at the other. That operating length, more than 24 ft, is the first thing to plan for. The second is how different the Z figures are from ShopSabre's other industrial routers. The low bridge suits the job: this is a flat-sheet machine for cabinet, closet and furniture panels, not a table for thick blocks or a rotary axis.
The cutting head carries a 10 hp HSD spindle with a 12-position rotary tool changer that travels with the head, and the Well Equipped package adds a 5x4 HSD drill head for shelf-pin and hardware holes.
