Overview

The Mazak INTEGREX i-100H S is the compact end of the horizontal INTEGREX i-H line: a 6-inch-chuck mill-turn machine with a tilting B-axis milling spindle and a matched second spindle for back-end work. Both spindles carry a 6-inch chuck and are rated identically at 11 kW (15 HP), 7.5 kW (10 HP) continuous, to 6,000 rpm. That symmetry matters in practice — a part handed to the second spindle can be finished at the same speeds and depths it was roughed at, so the back operation does not become the cycle-time bottleneck.

Capacity is Φ600 mm (Φ24 in) maximum machining diameter over 850 mm (33 in) of maximum machining length on the single 850U bed. The diameter figure describes clearance; the 6-inch chucks describe the work the machine is actually built for, which is small chucked and bar-fed parts finished complete in one cycle.
