Price estimate
We do not have a price for the LiCON LiFLEX I 755 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
With 750 mm (30 in) of X travel and 550 mm (22 in) in both Y and Z, the LiCON LiFLEX I 755 is the smallest of the single-spindle LiFLEX I horizontal machining centers. It is built in 4- or 5-axis form and moves at 80 m/min (3,150 in/min) in rapid with 12 m/s² (472 in/s²) of acceleration, the same axis figures as the larger LiFLEX I 1276.
How the machine is loaded changes how big a part it accepts. LiCON gives the interference cube for the A / B axes as 1,000 / 800 mm (39 / 31 in) with direct loading or a pallet changer, and 700 / 700 mm (28 / 28 in) with a double trunnion. A fixture drawn for the pallet-changer version will not necessarily clear the trunnion version, so the loading method should be fixed before any workholding is designed.
Spindle options run 8,000 - 16,000 rpm with 100 / 200 Nm (74 / 148 ft-lb) of torque on an HSK 63 or HSK 100 interface. There is no 350 Nm (258 ft-lb) option as there is on the LiFLEX I 1276, so heavy roughing in steel or cast iron belongs on the larger machine.
Magazine choices match the bigger single-spindle models: 60 / 96 / 120 / 160 / 176 tools, with extensions on request. Machining can be dry, with coolant or with MQL. The table states no spindle power, table load or machine weight for this model.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- Two listed interference cubes: 1,000 / 800 mm (39 / 31 in) with direct loading or pallet changer, 700 / 700 mm (28 / 28 in) with double trunnion
- 12 m/s² (472 in/s²) acceleration and 80 m/min (3,150 in/min) rapids on a compact 750 mm (30 in) X axis
- Tool capacity of 60 / 96 / 120 / 160 / 176, the same choices as the LiFLEX I 1276
- Offered with direct loading, a pallet changer or a double trunnion
- Spindle interface is a choice of HSK 63 or HSK 100
Limitations
- Torque options stop at 200 Nm (148 ft-lb); the LiFLEX I 1276 goes to 350 Nm (258 ft-lb)
- The double trunnion version cuts the interference cube to 700 / 700 mm (28 / 28 in)
- Y and Z travel are both 550 mm (22 in), so tall or deep parts need the LiFLEX I 1276 with 700 mm (28 in) and 650 mm (26 in)
- No spindle power, table load or machine weight appears in the maker's table

Frequently Asked Questions
01
It depends on loading. With direct loading or a pallet changer the interference cube for the A / B axes is 1,000 / 800 mm (39 / 31 in). With a double trunnion it is 700 / 700 mm (28 / 28 in). Axis travel is 750 mm (30 in) in X and 550 mm (22 in) in Y and Z in either case.
02
LiCON's interference cube row names three: direct loading, a pallet changer and a double trunnion. The first two share the 1,000 / 800 mm (39 / 31 in) cube, while the double trunnion is listed at 700 / 700 mm (28 / 28 in), so choose the loading method before sizing fixtures.
03
The spindle options are 100 / 200 Nm (74 / 148 ft-lb), with speeds of 8,000 - 16,000 rpm and an HSK 63 or HSK 100 interface. For more torque the LiFLEX I 1276 adds a 350 Nm (258 ft-lb) option.
04
Tool capacity is listed as 60 / 96 / 120 / 160 / 176, and LiCON notes that extensions are available on request. That is the same set of magazine sizes listed for the LiFLEX I 1276, so the smaller machine does not give up tool storage.
