Overview
The Jainnher JHA-4005CNC is the 400 mm (15.7 in) swing version of Jainnher's shorter CNC angular cylindrical grinder. Grinding length is 520 mm (20.5 in) on a 600 mm (23.6 in) center distance, and the wheel head feeds at 60°.
Large swing and short length describe a particular family of parts: hubs, flanged shafts, gear blanks on arbors and rotors, where a journal sits right against a big face. Those are the parts an angular grinder exists for, since the face and the journal are finished by one wheel in one infeed and stay square to each other. The printed grinding diameter is Ø380.
