The Ermak Power-Bend Falcon 3100-400 is the strongest three-metre machine in the Falcon table: 400 Ton (441 US tons) over 3,100 mm (122 in), in a frame that weighs 20,710 kg.
It is the only 3,100 mm Falcon with a 510 mm throat as standard. Every lighter size at this length has 410 mm. A deeper throat lets a wide plate sit further into the machine when the part is longer than the 2,550 mm (100.4 in) between the columns.
Operators will notice the table height first. It is 1,000 mm, and heavy plate has to be lifted to that level, so sheet followers or a crane at the brake are worth planning. The table is 240 mm wide.
