Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Ermak Power-Bend Falcon 6100-320 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Ermak Power-Bend Falcon 6100-320 is a 6,100 mm (240.2 in) press brake rated at 320 Ton (353 US tons), and it is the slowest-approaching size but one in the Falcon table: 80 mm/s down and 75 mm/s back.
Those speeds are a consequence of scale. A ram of this length is a large mass with a 375 mm stroke to cover, and Ermak moves it with the 30 kW motor and 400 L system it also uses on much shorter 320 Ton machines. Bending speed is 10 mm/s. On six-metre parts, loading and unloading outlast the stroke anyway.
Daylight is 650 mm and throat depth 410 mm. The table, 180 mm wide, is 1,100 mm above the floor. The machine weighs 30,400 kg and measures 8,150 mm in length, 2,600 mm in width and 3,565 mm in height. Few workshops have a door for that; delivery in sections or through the roof is a question to raise with Ermak early.
Parts up to 5,100 mm (200.8 in) wide pass between the columns. Four finger blocks on the backgauge and four sheet supports at the front are standard, and the X and R axes travel 800 mm and 250 mm.
Motorized crowning is listed. On a bed this long the optional hydraulic crowning, with several cylinders in a special lower beam, is worth a quotation.
