Overview
Ermak prints two machines under the name ETP-S 1500x2500, and this page covers the 30 Ton one. It is a servo-electric turret punch press for sheets up to 2,500 x 1,500 mm (98.4 x 59.1 in), with a 33-station turret.
Compared with the three-metre ETP-S 1500x3000, the shorter X axis saves a good deal of floor: width drops from 6,660 mm on that model to 5,000 mm here, and weight to 18,500 kg (40,785 lb). The press itself is the same class, a 30 Ton servo mechanical unit on a 60 kW (80.5 hp) supply.
Two figures are lower than on the larger table. The marking rate is 1,200 strokes/min, and the sheet clamps number 3. Maximum sheet weight is 200 kg (441 lb). Stepping rates are unchanged at 900 strokes/min for a 1 mm step and 600 strokes/min for a 25 mm step.
Sheets longer than 2,500 mm are not excluded. The X travel is given as 2,500 mm + R, the R standing for repositioning with the automatic clamps.
