Durma PBF 30200 — price

Price estimate: uncertain

We have no price for the Durma PBF 30200 that we can cite and no estimate we can stand behind, so this page shows no number rather than a guess. A quote from Durma or an authorised dealer is the reliable figure.

What moves the final price

  • Spindle, control and probing options
  • Tool changer capacity and tooling package
  • Automation — pallet changers, bar feeders, robot cells
  • Freight, rigging, installation and training
  • Region, dealer and time of year

Overview

With 200 ton on a 3,050 mm (120.1 in) bed, the Durma PBF 30200 has the highest bending force in the PBF series of hydraulic press brakes. It is the plate machine of the line. The bed and the 2,550 mm (100.4 in) between columns match the PBF 30120; the tonnage, the open height and the frame do not.

Heavier bending needs wider V dies and taller tooling, and the table reflects that. Stroke is 210 mm (8.3 in), the longest in the series, and daylight is 445 mm (17.5 in). The frame weighs 8,160 kg (17,989 lb), well above the PBF 30120, and the machine is 1,390 mm (54.7 in) wide. A 15 kW (20.1 hp) motor supplies the hydraulics.

Force is paid for in speed. Working speed is 7 mm/sec, the slowest bending speed in the PBF table, with a 100 mm/sec approach and a 73 mm/sec return. Thick plate is bent slowly in any case, so the figure matters more if the machine will also be used for light, high-count parts.

A manual crowning system is standard, which is useful at this tonnage because bed deflection grows with load. CNC controlled motorized crowning can be ordered instead. The back gauge is the series standard: servo X axis with 620 mm (24.4 in) of travel and manual R. The control is the DT 10, and the standard front safety system and side guards carry the Non-CE mark in Durma's list. Table height is 858 mm (33.8 in).

Strengths & Limitations

Strengths

  • 200 ton, the highest bending force in the PBF series
  • Longest stroke of the series at 210 mm (8.3 in), with 445 mm (17.5 in) of daylight
  • Manual crowning system as standard equipment
  • 8,160 kg (17,989 lb) frame on a 3,050 mm (120.1 in) bed
  • 15 kW (20.1 hp) main motor for the hydraulic system

Limitations

  • Working speed is 7 mm/sec, the lowest in the PBF table
  • Throat depth stays at 250 mm (9.8 in)
  • R axis of the back gauge is manual unless the motorized X, R option is ordered
  • CNC crowning is an option, not standard

Best For

Thick plate bent over lengths up to 3,050 mm (120.1 in) Structural and heavy fabrication parts needing up to 200 ton Wide V dies and tall tooling that need 445 mm (17.5 in) of daylight Shops that bend plate more often than thin sheet

Frequently Asked Questions

01 What is the capacity of the PBF 30200?

Bending force is 200 ton and bending length 3,050 mm (120.1 in). The distance between columns is 2,550 mm (100.4 in), the stroke 210 mm (8.3 in), the daylight 445 mm (17.5 in) and the throat depth 250 mm (9.8 in).

02 How does the PBF 30200 differ from the PBF 30120?

Same bending length, more force. The PBF 30120 is a 120 ton machine with a 180 mm (7.1 in) stroke and an 11 kW (14.8 hp) motor. The PBF 30200 has 200 ton, a 210 mm (8.3 in) stroke, a 15 kW (20.1 hp) motor and weighs 8,160 kg (17,989 lb).

03 Is the PBF 30200 slow?

Its working speed of 7 mm/sec is the lowest in the series. Rapid speed is 100 mm/sec and return speed 73 mm/sec. On thick plate the bending speed is rarely the limit, but on thin, high-volume parts a lighter model cycles faster.

04 What size is the PBF 30200?

It is 3,750 mm (147.6 in) long, 1,390 mm (54.7 in) wide and 2,500 mm (98.4 in) high, and weighs approximately 8,160 kg (17,989 lb). The table is 858 mm (33.8 in) high.
