Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Yawei PBH-300/3100 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Yawei PBH-300/3100 applies 3,000 kN of bending force over 3,100 mm (122.0 in). It is the short-bed version of the largest PBH press brake and shares its 22 kW (29.5 hp) main motor.
Shortening the bed changes three rows of the table. Distance between uprights falls to 2,600 mm (102.4 in), the oil tank to 450 L, and the overall dimensions to 3,700 x 1,900 x 3,000 mm (145.7 x 74.8 x 118.1 in). The PBH-300/4100 needs 600 L of oil and a metre more floor.
Everything about the stroke stays. Ram stroke is 265 mm (10.4 in), die setting height 580 mm (22.8 in) and throat depth 410 mm (16.1 in). Ram speeds are 110 mm/s; 10 mm/s; 110 mm/s. For heavy bending those speeds are adequate, since a thick part is slow to load and position whatever the ram does.
The point of a short, high-force brake is load per metre. The same force over a shorter bed allows narrower dies in thicker material, tighter inside radii, or bottoming where a longer machine could only air bend. Brackets, base plates, bucket and blade components and similar parts fit that description. As the PBH page offers figures only, without text, ask Yawei what crowning and control the machine has and what it weighs.
