Price estimate: uncertain

We have no price for the Durma AD-S 2060 that we can cite and no estimate we can stand behind, so this page shows no number rather than a guess. A quote from Durma or an authorised dealer is the reliable figure.

What moves the final price

  • Spindle, control and probing options
  • Tool changer capacity and tooling package
  • Automation — pallet changers, bar feeders, robot cells
  • Freight, rigging, installation and training
  • Region, dealer and time of year

Overview

The Durma AD-S 2060 pairs the lowest force in the AD-S series, 60 ton, with a 2,050 mm (80.7 in) bending length. That combination makes it a thin-sheet machine. It is long enough for doors, covers and panels, and light enough in tonnage that plate work belongs on a bigger model.

Its frame opening is that of the larger machines. Stroke is 265 mm (10.4 in), daylight 530 mm (20.9 in) and the throat is 450 mm (17.7 in) deep. The AD-S 1260, the other 60 ton model, is listed with a 350 mm (13.8 in) throat. Deep four-sided trays and parts formed with tall gooseneck punches are therefore realistic here.

Light tonnage keeps the hydraulics small: a 7.5 kW (10.1 hp) motor and 100 L of oil. Beam speeds are 200 mm/sec in rapid, 10 mm/sec in work and 110 mm/sec in return. Thin sheet rarely needs dwell or slow forming, so the rapid figure is the one an operator feels.

Side frames stand 1,700 mm (66.9 in) apart, which limits the length of any flange deeper than the throat. The table is 104 mm (4.1 in) wide and Durma lists no wide table for this size. Overall the machine measures 3,200 mm (126.0 in) in length and 2,850 mm (112.2 in) in height and weighs 5,600 kg (12,346 lb).

Durma equips it with the DT 15 control, a servo X axis with 650 mm (25.6 in) of travel, manual crowning and sliding front arms with T-slot and stopper. The 1,100 mm (43.3 in) Z working distance in the table applies to the optional motorized Z1 and Z2 fingers.

Strengths & Limitations

Strengths

  • Full-size opening on a light machine: 265 mm (10.4 in) stroke and 530 mm (20.9 in) daylight
  • 450 mm (17.7 in) throat depth at 60 ton
  • 200 mm/sec rapid speed for thin-sheet work
  • Low installed power: 7.5 kW (10.1 hp) motor, 100 L oil tank
  • 5,600 kg (12,346 lb), light for a bed of 2,050 mm (80.7 in)

Limitations

  • 60 ton over 2,050 mm (80.7 in) rules out thick material at full length
  • 1,700 mm (66.9 in) between the columns
  • No wide-table figure; table width is 104 mm (4.1 in)
  • Return speed of 110 mm/sec is lower than on the AD-S 30220, listed at 140 mm/sec

Best For

Thin-sheet doors, covers and panels up to 2,050 mm (80.7 in) Electrical enclosures and deep trays in light gauge Shops that need opening height more than tonnage HVAC and light fabrication parts bent in volume

Frequently Asked Questions

01 What material thickness suits the AD-S 2060?

Durma's table gives no thickness chart, only the force: 60 ton across 2,050 mm (80.7 in). That is a thin-sheet rating at full length. Shorter parts can use the same 60 ton on a narrower die, so check the tonnage chart of the tooling you plan to run.

02 Can the AD-S 2060 form deep boxes?

Its opening is generous for the tonnage. Daylight is 530 mm (20.9 in) with a 265 mm (10.4 in) stroke, and the throat is 450 mm (17.7 in) deep. Box sides longer than the throat must fit within the 1,700 mm (66.9 in) between the columns.

03 What does the back gauge of the AD-S 2060 include?

A servo motor back gauge with linear guides and ballscrew on the X axis is standard, with 650 mm (25.6 in) of travel and 1,000 mm (39.4 in) optional. Motorized R, Z1 and Z2 axes are options. Durma lists the R axis at 250 mm (9.8 in) of working distance.

04 How much room does the AD-S 2060 need?

The machine is 3,200 mm (126.0 in) long, 1,550 mm (61.0 in) wide and 2,850 mm (112.2 in) high. It weighs approximately 5,600 kg (12,346 lb), and the table height is 900 mm (35.4 in).
