Overview
The Anderson Stratos Series is a CNC router line for which Anderson America publishes only a short table: 2180 mm (86 in) of Y travel, a 24000 rpm spindle on HSK 63 tooling, and a FANUC 0i control. Y travel is the figure to start from. At 2180 mm (86 in) the gantry spans wide sheet, with room left for tool run-off on narrower stock.
Vacuum pumps of 10, 25 or 40 HP are listed, so hold-down capacity is chosen at order. The smallest pump suits full sheets with few through-cuts. Nested small parts lose more vacuum through the cut paths and are the case for a larger pump.
