Accuway UA-2000T2MB

The Accuway UA-2000T2MB is the larger-spindle version of the UA-2000T2M, listed in a column of its own on the same page. Both spindles get an A2-11 nose, a 15 in chuck and a 105 mm (4.1 in) bar capacity, with 15/18.5 kW (20.1/24.8 hp) at each end.

That changes the machine in three ways the table shows. First, power is now equal on both spindles, so heavy cuts can go on either side. Second, the bigger headstocks take room: turning length is 440 mm (17.3 in) and the B axis travels 1,400 mm (55.1 in), both a little less than on the UA-2000T2M, which gives 510 mm (20.1 in) and 1,500 mm (59.1 in). Third, weight goes up to 13,000 kg (28,660 lb).

Spindle speed is 2,500 rpm at both spindles, marked for a 3 jaw chuck. With large chucks at that speed the machine is meant for thick-walled rings, large fittings and bar or tube up to the bore size, not for small high-speed work.

Everything else is common to the pair. The turrets have 16+16 stations on BMT-55N tooling with servo mechanical drive, and rotary tools run to 6,000 rpm with 3.7/5.5 kW (5.0/7.4 hp). Turning diameter is 340 mm (13.4 in) at SP1 and SP2, with a 660 mm (26.0 in) swing over bed. X1/X2 travel is 210 mm (8.3 in), Z1/Z2 travel 600 mm (23.6 in). Guideways are Linear + Box and the footprint is 6.0 x 2.4 x 2.4 m (236.2 x 94.5 x 94.5 in). There is no Y axis and no published accessory list.
