Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Yawei YTF-9025 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
Speed returns to the top of the list with the Yawei YTF-9025. This YTF tube laser turns its A and B axes at 120 r/min and accelerates at 1.2 G on X and Y, twice the rotary speed of the heaviest models in the series.
The tube it is built around is smaller. The machining range is Round tube Φ20-Φ254 mm; square pipe □20-□200 mm, and pipe weight is limited to 300 kg (661 lb). Y-axis travel is 250 mm (9.8 in) and Z-axis travel 240 mm (9.4 in), shorter strokes than on the 35 and 45 models because the sections are lower.
Length is not reduced. X-axis travel is 9,800 mm (385.8 in), the same as on the YTF-9035, so long stock in lighter sections runs at the higher speeds. That combination suits parts cut in volume from standard tube: uprights, rails, brackets with many holes and slots.
The machine dimension is 16,000 x 5,500 x 3,000 mm (629.9 x 216.5 x 118.1 in). Laser power is 2, 3, 4 or 6 kW. On thin-wall tube the lower powers already cut quickly, and the rotary speed then decides how fast a hole pattern around the tube is finished. Yawei cites rapid response with nanometer-level interpolation for the series. Accuracy is ±0.05 mm (±0.0020 in) and ±0.03 mm (±0.0012 in).

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- A/B axis speed of 120 r/min with 1.2 G acceleration
- Full 9,800 mm X-axis travel in a fast, light-section machine
- Round tube up to 254 mm and square up to 200 mm
- Laser power options of 2, 3, 4 or 6 kW
- Positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm (±0.0020 in)
Limitations
- Pipe weight limited to 300 kg (661 lb)
- Z-axis travel is 240 mm (9.4 in), less than the 360 mm (14.2 in) of the YTF-9035
- Sections above its range need the YTF-9035
- Still requires 16,000 x 5,500 x 3,000 mm of floor

Frequently Asked Questions
01
The maximum speed of the A/B axis is 120 r/min and the X/Y axis maximum acceleration is 1.2 G. The YTF-9035 lists 80 r/min and 0.8 G.
02
Yawei lists the machining range as Round tube Φ20-Φ254 mm; square pipe □20-□200 mm. Maximum pipe weight is 300 kg (661 lb), so heavy-wall tube at the top of that range may exceed the limit.
03
X-axis travel is 9,800 mm (385.8 in), Y-axis travel is 250 mm (9.8 in) and Z-axis travel is 240 mm (9.4 in). The A and B axis travel is infinite rotary.
04
It takes a larger section and a heavier pipe. The YTF-9020 is listed for round tube up to 210 mm and 200 kg (441 lb); the YTF-9025 for round tube up to 254 mm and 300 kg (661 lb). Speeds and layout are the same.
