Overview
The Yawei HLA-30130 is the largest single-table laser Yawei lists, with a cutting range of 13,100 x 3,100 mm (515.7 x 122.0 in). It is the only HLA wide enough for three-metre plate, on a Y stroke of 3,120 mm (122.8 in).
Its worktable is rated 12,000 / 18,000 kg (26,455 / 39,683 lb), and the power list is 12, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 or 80 kW. Those are plate figures. A sheet 3,100 mm wide and thirteen metres long is beyond most sheet-metal work, and this is a machine for shipbuilding-size, structural and heavy vehicle plate.
Span slows the gantry. Trajectory speed is 100 m/min, where the narrower HLA-25120 lists 140 m/min. Yawei's exchange-table machine of similar width, the HLE-32130, lists the same speed, so the figure goes with the width and not with the table type.
Z stroke is 170 mm (6.7 in) and X stroke 13,120 mm (516.5 in). The layout comes to 17,000 x 6,000 x 2,000 mm (669.3 x 236.2 x 78.7 in). Compare that with the 30,000 mm length of the HLE-32130 layout and the saving from a single table is clear. Positioning accuracy is ±0.03 mm (±0.0012 in), though on axes of this length the conditions of measurement should be asked for. The construction is the HLA standard: open gantry dual-drive, aluminium alloy beam, welded bed, extraction beneath the table.
