How much does the Yawei YTF-6035 cost?
Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Yawei YTF-6035 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Yawei YTF-6035 is the larger of the two short YTF tube lasers, with 6,800 mm (267.7 in) of X-axis travel and a round tube range printed as Round tube Φ20-Φ360 mm. Maximum pipe weight is 300 kg (661 lb).
Its table is unusual within the series. The rotary axes run at 120 r/min, like the light models, yet the tube range is as large as on the 35 models with longer beds. X/Y acceleration is 1.0 G, a step below the 1.2 G of the YTF-6024. And the strokes are the small set, 250 mm (9.8 in) in Y and 240 mm (9.4 in) in Z.
Read those together and the picture is a machine for short lengths of fairly large but light tube. The 300 kg limit is the controlling figure: a tube near the top of the diameter range, with any real wall thickness, reaches it quickly. One row needs care. The page prints the square range with a diameter sign and the same numbers as the round range, so the square capacity should be confirmed before ordering.
The layout is 13,000 x 5,500 x 3,000 mm (511.8 x 216.5 x 118.1 in), the shortest in the YTF series. Power options are 2, 3, 4 or 6 kW. Accuracy is ±0.05 mm (±0.0020 in) with ±0.03 mm (±0.0012 in) repeatability. The series features Yawei names, servo material support and upstream data exchange among them, apply to this model as to the rest.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- Large tube range on a short machine: Round tube Φ20-Φ360 mm
- A/B axis speed of 120 r/min
- Shortest YTF layout at 13,000 x 5,500 x 3,000 mm
- Laser power options of 2, 3, 4 or 6 kW
- Positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm (±0.0020 in)
Limitations
- Pipe weight limit of 300 kg (661 lb) is low for the diameters listed
- Acceleration of 1.0 G, below the 1.2 G of the YTF-6024
- Square tube capacity is printed ambiguously on the page
- Z-axis travel of 240 mm against 360 mm (14.2 in) on the YTF-9035

Frequently Asked Questions
01
The page prints the machining range as Round tube Φ20-Φ360 mm; square pipe Φ20-Φ360 mm. The square row carries a diameter sign, so confirm it. Maximum pipe weight is 300 kg (661 lb).
02
X-axis travel is 6,800 mm (267.7 in), the shorter of the travel lengths in the YTF series. The longer YTF-9035 has 9,800 mm (385.8 in).
03
Maximum speed of the A/B axis is 120 r/min and X/Y axis maximum acceleration is 1.0 G. The YTF-6024 lists the same rotary speed with 1.2 G.
04
The dimension of the machine is 13,000 x 5,500 x 3,000 mm (511.8 x 216.5 x 118.1 in). The YTF-9035 is listed at 16,300 x 5,500 x 3,000 mm (641.7 x 216.5 x 118.1 in), roughly three metres longer.
