Price estimate
We do not have a price for the LVD PPEB 110/42 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The LVD PPEB 110/42 is the wide-frame version of LVD's 1,100 kN PPEB, with 3,820 mm (150.4 in) between the uprights and a weight of 12,000 kg (26,455 lb).
One row needs a warning. LVD's table misprints the working length in this column. The PPEB 135/42, which has the same frame opening and the same weight, lists 4,270 mm, and that is the length the designation points to; have LVD confirm it on the quotation.
The frame opening is not in doubt, and it is the reason to choose a 42 model. On the PPEB 110/40 the uprights are 3,150 mm apart. Here a panel close to four metres long goes between them, with no limit on flange depth from the side frames.
Everything else follows the 1,100 kN group. Pressure is 245 bar, the motor 15 kW and the tank 250 L. The ram approaches at 130 mm/s, works at 12 mm/s and returns at 115 mm/s. Stroke is 200 mm (7.9 in), open height and gap are each 400 mm (15.7 in), and the 120 mm (4.7 in) table is rated at 2,000 kN/m at a working height of 970 mm (38.2 in).
For thin, wide, deep parts such as large trays and shallow tanks, this is the lightest PPEB that will take them.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 3,820 mm (150.4 in) between the uprights
- 12,000 kg (26,455 lb) with a 15 kW motor
- Wide parts pass through the frame at any flange depth
- 2,000 kN/m table and 400 mm (15.7 in) gap
- Configurable backgauge, clamping and supports
Limitations
- Working length is misprinted in LVD's table and must be confirmed
- 1,100 kN restricts full-length bends to thin sheet
- Working speed of 12 mm/s in the bend
- Open height of 400 mm (15.7 in) limits tray depth unless increased

Frequently Asked Questions
01
LVD's table carries an obvious misprint in that cell. The PPEB 135/42, with the same 3,820 mm between uprights and the same 12,000 kg, lists 4,270 mm. Confirm the figure with LVD.
02
For clear width. The PPEB 110/40 has 3,150 mm between uprights and weighs 11,000 kg; this model has 3,820 mm (150.4 in) and weighs 12,000 kg. Force, motor and speeds are identical.
03
Yes, as an option. LVD offers increased table-ram distance, stroke and gap in 100 mm steps, and says different stroke and daylight combinations are part of its standard range.
04
A 15 kW motor and a 250 L tank at 245 bar, giving 130 mm/s approach, 12 mm/s working speed and 115 mm/s return.
