Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Yawei PBH-80/2550 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Yawei PBH-80/2550 is the smallest PBH press brake and the only one on a reduced frame. Bending force is 800 kN, bending length 2,550 mm (100.4 in).
Reduced means three things. Throat depth is 350 mm (13.8 in), ram stroke 175 mm (6.9 in) and die setting height 480 mm (18.9 in). Every other PBH has a 410 mm (16.1 in) throat and at least 215 mm (8.5 in) of stroke, as the PBH-110/3100 does. Parts and tools planned for the larger machines will not all fit this one.
The table is, row for row, close to Yawei's PBC-80/2550. That machine has the same force, bed, throat and stroke, the same 8.5 kW (11.4 hp) motor and the same 200 L tank. The PBH's die setting height is a little lower and its ram speeds, 190 mm/s; 17 mm/s; 190 mm/s, differ slightly from the PBC's.
As a working tool it is a 2,500 mm sheet brake for thin material. The uprights are 2,150 mm (84.6 in) apart. Main motor power is 8.5 kW (11.4 hp) and the oil tank 200 L. Overall dimensions are 3,140 x 1,540 x 2,450 mm (123.6 x 60.6 x 96.5 in). The PBC-80/2550 comes with a description that lists crowning and a weight of 6,000 kg (13,228 lb); the PBH-80/2550 comes with neither, so ask for both.
