Price estimate
We do not have a price for the LVD Easy-Form 80/15 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The LVD Easy-Form 80/15 is the shortest machine in LVD's adaptive-bending press brake series: 800 kN on a 1,500 mm (59.1 in) working length. Nothing is left out because of the size. It has the Easy-Form Laser angle measurement, CNC crowning and 19-inch Touch-B control of the long machines.
That is the case for it. Small parts are often the fussy ones, with short flanges, tight angle tolerances and material that changes from batch to batch. LVD's scanners measure the angle while the bend is being made and the control moves the punch to correct it, so sheet thickness and grain direction stop being the operator's problem.
The bed is short and the frame shorter. There are 1,050 mm (41.3 in) between the uprights, and longer parts go into a gap of 400 mm (15.7 in), deeper than most parts of this size will ever need. Stroke is 200 mm (7.9 in) under 400 mm of open height.
Ram speeds are 160 mm/s on approach, 22 mm/s while bending and 200 mm/s on return, from a 15 kW motor and a 125 L tank. The machine weighs 5,500 kg (12,125 lb). If the parts might grow, the Easy-Form 80/20 offers 2,000 mm of bed at 6,000 kg.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- Easy-Form Laser angle correction on a 1,500 mm (59.1 in) machine
- 22 mm/s working speed with a 200 mm/s return
- 5,500 kg (12,125 lb), the lightest Easy-Form
- 400 mm (15.7 in) gap in the side frames
- Knuckle arm, LED work zone lighting, second foot pedal and barcode reader included
Limitations
- 1,050 mm (41.3 in) between the uprights
- 800 kN is the lowest force in the series
- Open height of 400 mm (15.7 in) unless a taller combination is ordered
- Hydraulic clamping is an option

Frequently Asked Questions
01
Not in its equipment. LVD lists the Easy-Form Laser system, turbo hydraulic drive, knuckle arm, LED work zone lighting, second foot pedal, barcode reader and electrical cabinet air conditioner as standard on the Easy-Form, with no exception for the small sizes.
02
The working length is 1,500 mm (59.1 in). Between the uprights the clear width is 1,050 mm (41.3 in); beyond that a part reaches into the 400 mm (15.7 in) gap of the frames.
03
5,500 kg (12,125 lb), with a 15 kW motor and a 125 L oil tank. LVD says its pump design regulates the flow rate to avoid unnecessary oil heating and energy waste.
04
LVD states that different combinations of stroke and daylight are available in the standard range in steps of +100 mm, and lists increased table-ram distance, stroke and gap as an option. The table figures are a 200 mm stroke and 400 mm of open height.
