Overview
The Jainnher H130 is where Jainnher's CNC cylindrical roll grinding machine range turns heavy. It grinds rolls from 80 to 1,300 mm (3.1 to 51.2 in) in diameter weighing up to 15,000 kg (33,069 lb), with 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 m (13.1, 16.4, 19.7, 23.0 or 26.2 ft) between centers.
The jump from the L types is not gradual. Weight capacity goes from 6,000 kg (13,228 lb) on the L100 to 15,000 kg (33,069 lb) here, and several parts of the machine change to suit. A roll this heavy is not hung between centers alone. The table gains a row for supports, with a roll neck diameter range of 90 ~ 400 mm and 350-600 mm as an option, so the roll turns on its own necks. Centers become PT#100. The tailstock quill stroke grows to 200 mm (7.9 in) and the tailstock is moved by a motor at 2,000 mm/min instead of by hand.
The headstock runs slower, 6 to 50 rpm, with a work head motor printed as 40 HP (30HPx6P). The grind wheel motor is printed as 50 HP (40HPx6P). Jainnher does not explain the bracketed figures, so settle the installed motor ratings before ordering.
Grinding rates rise as well. Cross feed reaches 3,000 mm/min and the table travels at 25 to 6,000 mm/min. Heat is carried off by a 2,000 L coolant system, several times the capacity of the lighter types. Crown is set by program, with a maximum the table gives simply as by program.
