Overview
The HNK HPF-30H (30x60) spans 4,000 mm (157.5 in) between columns with a fixed crossrail and still uses the 380 x 380 mm (15.0 x 15.0 in) ram of the smaller sizes. Its table is 3,000 x 6,000 mm (118.1 x 236.2 in).
This is a point of difference inside HNK's own range. The moving-crossrail HPM-30H and the multi-purpose HPF-30M both step up to a 400 x 400 mm (15.7 x 15.7 in) ram at three metres of width. The HPF-H does not. Its ram, Ø100 mm (3.9 in) spindle and 22/25 kW (29.5/33.5 hp), cont/30min, motor are constant from the 15H to the 40H.
For the intended work that is consistent. A three-metre-wide LCD chamber plate or mold plate is no harder to cut than a narrow one. It is simply larger, and what matters is covering the whole area at 6,000 rpm. Y travel is 5,000 mm (196.9 in) and X 6,250 mm (246.1 in).
