Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Feeler U-600P that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
Feeler's U-600P is a 5-axis machining center with a φ600 mm table and a 7/24 No.40 spindle, sized for mid-range parts up to 350 kg (772 lb). The linear travels are 465 mm (18.3 in) in X, 620 mm (24.4 in) in Y and 400 mm (15.7 in) in Z.
Notice that Y is the long axis. On a trunnion-style machine the tilt axis usually lies along X, and when the table tilts toward 90° the part swings forward or back. A long Y stroke lets the spindle follow it, so the top and the tilted side faces of a part can be reached at full table diameter. The tilt range in Feeler's table is +110~-90° and the C axis turns 0~360°.
Feeler says the U-600P has a monolithic base and column with separated rotary and linear axes to minimize errors. In other words the table only tilts and rotates while the spindle side does the linear motion, so axis errors do not stack through a moving table. A funnel-shaped chip management system is named as well, which matters on 5-axis work because chips fall from a tilted part in every direction.
The magazine is listed as 24-60 tools, a range that indicates several magazine sizes. Rapids are 30 m/min (1,181 ipm) on X, Y and Z. One caution: the spindle speed printed for this model in the maker's table looks like a misprint and is not repeated here. Confirm speed, power and the rotary axis ratings with Feeler.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- φ600 mm table rated for 350 kg (772 lb)
- 620 mm (24.4 in) of Y travel to follow the part as the table tilts
- Tilt range of +110~-90° with a 0~360° C axis
- Monolithic base and column with separated rotary and linear axes, per Feeler
- Magazine sizes from 24 to 60 tools
Limitations
- Rapids of 30 m/min (1,181 ipm), the slowest in the U series
- X travel of 465 mm is short relative to the table diameter
- The spindle speed in the maker's table appears misprinted and needs confirming
- No rotary axis speed or spindle power is published

465 mm (18.3 in) in X, 620 mm (24.4 in) in Y and 400 mm (15.7 in) in Z, with a tilt axis range of +110~-90° and a C axis of 0~360°.
02
The maximum loading weight is 350 kg (772 lb) on a φ600 mm table. Feeler does not state whether that figure applies at every tilt angle, so check it for heavy parts machined with the table near vertical.
03
The value printed in Feeler's series table for this model is a tenth of that of its neighbours and is probably a misprint, so it is not shown on this page. The taper is 7/24 Taper No.40. Ask the maker for the confirmed speed.
04
The table lists 24-60, which points to a base magazine of 24 tools with larger magazines up to 60 available. The page does not say which sizes are standard.
