How much does the Arclight Dynamics Arc Max Elite 6x12 cost?
Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Arclight Dynamics Arc Max Elite 6x12 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Arclight Dynamics Arc Max Elite 6x12 is the largest size in its series: a 73 x 149 in cutting envelope with 6.5 in of Z. It is the heavy-frame Arc Max table with FlashCut CNC as standard. Six feet of width and twelve of length cover oversize plate and long structural parts without re-indexing.
Arclight puts NEMA 34 steppers rated 940 oz on the Elite, turning a dual-drive aluminum gantry that rides Hiwin 20 mm linear guide rails with 8.5 in of clearance. The base is the welded Arc Max frame in 3 x 3 in tubing, 3/16 in wall, powder coated, with loading rollers level with the slats. Plate rating is 2 in mild steel and positioning accuracy 0.001 in. The extra deep water table, 8 1/2 in, is listed as capturing 90% of smoke and dust.
Everything about siting it is large. The water pan holds 420 gallons, the table is listed at 3,000 lb, the base is 82 x 157 in and overall dimensions are 100.5 in L x 167 in W x 60 in H. Plate of this size moves by crane, so the loading side needs hook coverage and the delivery needs a clear, straight path.
The control is FlashCut CNC, an integrated CAD/CAM/CNC system that is standard on every Elite table. Automatic part nesting is where it pays back on plate: true shape nesting across multiple files and sheets uses more of each sheet than placing parts by eye. Imported drawings are repaired by a fix tool. Pipe and tube cutting is listed for this version as well. No plasma cutter is included with the base table.

Frequently Asked Questions
01
73 x 149 in, with 6.5 in of Z. It is the largest size Arclight lists for this series and takes 6 x 12 plate, which slides on over rollers built into the frame.
02
A fully welded unitized frame of 3 x 3 in steel tubing with a 3/16 in wall, rated for 2 in mild steel. The water pan is 8 1/2 in deep in 12g steel with an expanded metal barrier for small parts and twin 1.25 in ball valve drains.
03
Floor for a base of 82 x 157 in and overall dimensions of 100.5 in L x 167 in W x 60 in H, a floor that carries 3,000 lb plus 420 gallons of water and the plate, 110 V at 15 to 20 A for the table, and lifting gear for the material.
04
FlashCut CNC as the standard control, with integrated CAD/CAM/CNC, automatic part nesting and pipe and tube cutting listed among its capabilities, and NEMA 34 stepper motors rated 940 oz. The welded frame, aluminum gantry, linear rails and water table are listed identically for both versions.
