Accurl eB-0825 — price

Price estimate: uncertain

We have no price for the Accurl eB-0825 that we can cite and no estimate we can stand behind, so this page shows no number rather than a guess. A quote from Accurl or an authorised dealer is the reliable figure.

What moves the final price

  • Spindle, control and probing options
  • Tool changer capacity and tooling package
  • Automation — pallet changers, bar feeders, robot cells
  • Freight, rigging, installation and training
  • Region, dealer and time of year

Overview

The Accurl eB-0825 is the smallest of Accurl's all-electric press brakes: 25 ton of capacity on a bending length of 800 mm (31.5 in). There is no hydraulic system at all. Accurl states that the ram is driven by a heavy-duty servo motor and a high-performance ball screw, with two screws guided by two servo motors and helical gearboxes.

Small parts are the whole point of this size. With an approach speed of 190 mm/s and a return speed of 190 mm/s it is the only eB model that is listed at 190 mm/s in both directions, and the bending speed is programmable across 0.2-50 mm/s. On a clip or bracket that needs three or four hits, most of the cycle is free travel, so those two figures matter more than tonnage.

The working space is tight and has to be checked against the tooling. Stroke is 100 mm (3.9 in), daylight is 370 mm (14.6 in) and throat depth is 200 mm (7.9 in). Deep boxes and tall return flanges are outside its range; flat brackets, terminals, small covers and electronics hardware are inside it.

Accurl's standard equipment list for the series names a DELEM DA66T control with 2D colour graphics, a BGA-4 backgauge with X, R, Z1 and Z2 axes, a CNC wave crowning system and a Lazersafe LZS-2 block laser guard. Confirm that list for this size, because the catalogue table gives only capacity, geometry and speeds.

Strengths & Limitations

Strengths

  • 190 mm/s approach and 190 mm/s return, the fastest pairing in the eB table
  • All-electric drive: no hydraulic oil, filter, valves or cylinders, per Accurl
  • Bending speed programmable over 0.2-50 mm/s
  • DELEM DA66T control and a four-axis BGA-4 backgauge appear in the standard equipment list

Limitations

  • Stroke of only 100 mm (3.9 in)
  • Throat depth of 200 mm (7.9 in) is the shallowest in the series
  • 25 ton over 800 mm (31.5 in) limits it to small, light parts
  • The catalogue gives no weight, motor power or dimensions

Best For

Small brackets, clips and electrical hardware High-volume short parts where free-travel speed sets the cycle Clean workshops that want no hydraulic oil

Frequently Asked Questions

01 What can the Accurl eB-0825 bend?

Parts up to 800 mm (31.5 in) long within 25 ton of force. The 100 mm (3.9 in) stroke, 370 mm (14.6 in) daylight and 200 mm (7.9 in) throat depth mean it suits shallow parts with short flanges.

02 Is the eB-0825 hydraulic?

No. Accurl describes the eB series as a non-hydraulic bending solution with the ram driven by servo motor and ball screw, and lists no hydraulic oil or hydraulic filter, no valves or cylinders among its advantages.

03 How fast is the eB-0825?

The table shows 190 mm/s for both approach and return and a bending speed range of 0.2-50 mm/s. The next size, the eB-1235, is listed at 180 mm/s in both directions.

04 Which control and backgauge come with the eB-0825?

Accurl's standard equipment for the series is a CNC DELEM DA66T with 2D colour graphics and an ACCURL BGA-4 backgauge for the X, R, Z1 and Z2 axes with X=400mm. Ask whether the full four-axis gauge is fitted on an 800 mm (31.5 in) machine.
